* This position is accountable to assist MIS Manager in the administration, operation, maintenance, development and troubleshooting of company information system including, computer hardware, servers, network, backups system, software applications, and communication infrastructures for optimum performance, availability, and efficiency.
* Specific tasks involve maintaining hardware components including servers, computer clients, firewalls, bandwidth management, PABX phone system, switches, routers and other associated network hardware to ensure system readiness and availability. Author and maintain technical documentation to illustrate technical configuration, system requirements, and system interfaces.
* To supervises the training of user in the use of computer, printers and other peripherals in addition to the program application installed.

Professional Requirements :

* Diploma 3 or University graduates, preferably in information
* Minimum 3 years experience in Network & System installation, maintenance & troubleshoot.
